Marsh Cottage is a bright and spacious cottage right on the North Norfolk coast in the centre of the village of Brancaster.
Recently renovated to a high standard, it offers 3 bedrooms, one of which is in a brand new extension with its own bathroom.

The cottage is a very short distance to the beach and the coastal path is literally 200 yards away.
There is a village shop and the pub serves food - both are 5 minutes walk away.
Apart from the beaches and sailing in Brancaster Staithe just up the road, the RSPB Titchwell reserve is 5 minutes away in the car. Burnham Market with its numerous shops, cafes, pub and very good restaurant is about 3 miles inland.
