Acorns

Acorns is a bright and spacious cottage sleeping up to 6 in 3 bedrooms.

Acorns is almost in the centre of Thornham and so is close to the pubs and restaurant in the village. The village shop and café are just up the road.

Being on the coast, you are only minutes away from the many beaches. It's the perfect village combining a traditional look with the modern convenience of places to eat, drink and shop.

Apple Cottage

Apple Cottage is a very charming, traditional brick and flint, detached cottage dating from 17thC set into the chalk hillside in the village of Stiffkey.
The village is ideally situated on the coast for easy reach of the beaches and there are plenty of walks on the marsh for birdwatching or for a dip in the creeks in summer.

There is a pub in the village serving food and a very good village shop just around the corner. Wells is only three miles away and Blakeney is five miles in the other direction. The market towns of Holt and Fakenham are only 10 miles away.

Ashley Cottage

Ashley Cottage is a large 3 storey property only 2 minutes walk from the sea.

The nearest beach has a great cafe and previous guests have said how perfect it was to enjoy a coffee and see the children on the beach.

Sheringham is a typical North Norfolk coastal town with its mix of pubs, cafes, restaurants, gift shops and of course the beach. It is the perfect place to enjoy a seaside holiday. It is also ideal during the rest of the year with plenty to do including visits to the many stately homes in the area, nature and bird reserves, museums - plenty of activities for young and old.

Avocet Cottage lies on the edge of the village of North Creake, very close to the beautiful beaches, stately homes, boutiques and nature reserves of the North Norfolk Coast and only 5 minutes drive from the picturesque village of Burnham Market.

The house is semi-detached and has a peaceful, rural feel with lovely all round views. There are plenty of walks over farm and woodland in the area.

Barn Breck Cottage

Barn Breck is a comfortable traditionally built cottage sleeping 4 people.

A privately owned cottage in a terraced row, it is situated on a working farm approximately 1.5 miles outside the village of Brancaster on the North Norfolk coast. It is quietly located off road and surrounded by open countryside just a few minutes from the beaches.

The area is very popular all year round for walking, birdwatching and family holidays. There are several very good pubs and restaurants in the locality and the village of Burnham Market is close by with a variety of interesting shops.

Blue Galilee is a traditional fisherman's cottage in the centre of this very popular seaside resort. It lies in a quiet street and is literally no more than a 5 minute walk to the sandy beaches and the famous pier.

The surrounding area has much to offer including plenty of opportunities for long bracing walks or cycle rides.

Barn Owl Cottage

Barn Owl Cottage is a traditional terraced cottage just a short walk from the Quay in Wells. The property has recently been refurbished and offers a cosy holiday retreat.

The town is set within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with beautiful sandy beaches with it's famous row of colourful beach huts and a backdrop of pine trees and dunes.
The town is a maze of small streets and alleyways and has a number of good places to eat, good pubs and very interesting shops.

The Boxes

The Boxes is a large, comfortable "no frills" family house furnished with a mix of antique and modern pieces approached along a farm track.
The former cow yard has been converted to a beautiful family home, sleeping 10, set in the middle of farm land on the edge of the villages of Wiveton and Glandford.

The village of Wiveton has a great pub serving good food and is close to Cley, Blakeney and Holt. Bayfield Hall, close by, has a range of interesting shop units.

Burnt Fen

In the heart of the Norfolk Broads, Burnt Fen House sits on the banks of Burnt Fen Broad.
A large house providing accommodation for 14 people, the rooms are spacious and many have lovely views over the garden and the Broad.

The house itself is in a wonderful setting and whilst providing the space and convenience for large groups it could be described as having a feeling of 'shabby chic'. That said, the kitchen has very recently been significantly up graded and opened out with views out into the garden.

Chimney Cottage is a charming period cottage in the village of Gunthorpe which dates from 1849 and has recently undergone a full refurbishment to make a very pleasant family retreat.
A unique feature of the cottage is the ornate chimney itself . It is on a quiet road leading out of the village.

The village of Gunthorpe is about 8 miles from Fakenham, Holt and Blakeney on the coast and is surrounded by fields and beautiful countryside, ideal for walking or cycling.

The village has a pub/restaurant and Sculthorpe Mill pub/ restaurant is a few minutes away. Fakenham market town (2 miles) offers a good selection of shops/pubs and restaurants and Burnham Market (8 miles) offers more exclusive shopping and dining.
The coast is just 20 minutes drive.

Dingley Dell is a brand new barn conversion on the outskirts of the village of Corpusty in North Norfolk. The village is ideally placed to explore the surrounding countryside with Holt only 7 miles away and Blakeney just a few miles further on the coast.

There are numerous nature reserves in the area as well as a number of stately homes including Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, Houghton Hall and of course Sandringham. The village has a good shop and pub, and there are many other good pubs in the local area.

Well located for many attractions, Fishermans Cottage is within easy walking distance of the centre of the village. The unspoilt sandy beach is within a few hundred yards.

The lodge is surrounded by 20 acres of open ground dotted with small copses and has the additional benefit of 5 well stocked lakes with many breeds of fish including carp, rudd, roach, bream, tench and perch.

The world famous Norfolk Broads are a short distance away as is the market town of Aylsham and the city of Norwich is 20 minutes in the car.
If you fancy a day on the beach, the beautiful coastline is less than a 30 minute drive. In fact, the location has all you might need for a great family holiday or just a short break away.

Grove House is a traditional 3 storey, Victorian seaside town house.

This extremely light and airy former artists house is situated in the centre of the very popular seaside town of Sheringham and offers accommodation for up to 10 people.
It has been recently renovated to a high standard retaining many original features such as hand painted marble fireplaces with decorative tiling and original stripped floorboards.

The house is only 5 minutes from the beaches and even closer to the many shops, pubs and restaurants.
